2009 Drama Queen

Drama Queen 2009 is made in the saignee method where free-run juice is drained off the Reserve and Louis Syrah ferments after 36 hours. The juice is then finished as a white wine, but retains the medium crimson colour from its first hours soaking on skins. Aromas of spice and sweet, ripe strawberry follow through from the nose to the palate. Drama Queen 2009 is made in a dry style and is best served well chilled and enjoyed at lunch or as an aperitiff.
